Anyone out there modify their 360 (not in the way that's being cracked down upon) so that it a) looks cooler, b) runs cooler, c) runs quieter, or d) for some other reason? I've seen pics of custom modded cases for 360s and they look pretty snazzy. I'm considering modifying my next one (When I use my PRP on this one....not a matter of if but when) in such a way that it it will meet a through c listed above... Would anyone like to share stories of their modifications or of someone else's? Thanks... it's always neat to see do it yourselfing entrepreneurs out there. The 360 laptop is cool, but very expensive.I know my reply doesn't exactly fit your specifications on the topic, because I have never modded my xbox or 360, however I am considering it also. nothing outrageous, but probably a clear or colored case (maybe do soemthing custom if I had the time) and tons of LED lights to make it stand out. However, I'd suggest figuring out how you want your remote to look, because tbh the remote looks the coolest when modded :DXbox360 Hot-Mods? (As opposed to Hot-Rod ...
Yea, i put a custom Halo green case on my 360 and later in the mail, i'm going to get an XCM LED Fan which runs better than the default fan for the 360 and lights up red.

I want a clear side-panel showing off some LEDs. Also, I want to Find some way to quiet down the dvd drive...maybe I can put a bit of padding in there or somethin'...Also, and equally important is cooling it down....dunno how I would go about that...perhaps even liquid cooling would be fun =P But like I said, I'd like to wait until my next box so by then I can operate guilt-free ;)
yes i have a green glow from the vents and a replaced fan to run cooler, an internal fan on the gpu, and a custom case with lights that change around the colours of the rainbow, about £80 in total
sorry for double post, i opened my 360 with a fork lol,
