Everyone should know by now that Microsoft is baning consoles with modded / pirated materials. Would a forign (i have a US one...) account count as a bannable offence?Should i delete my 'dummy' account?

''Dummy'' accounts do not lead to bannings.
No you won't get banned for having a dummy account. At worst the content on live for that ccount will be locked. But so far the locks have only been put on Video marketplace content so demos and game videos etc are all still available. So no don't worry they won't ban you.
I made a US account to get the free XBLA game Aegis Wing, works fine. US also have a lot more gamerpictures and themes than Europe, and some demos.
