banning peeps with fake accounts?

are they banning people off of live that lets say made a japennese account to down load some of ther demos?if so if i erase it will they still do it?banning peeps with fake accounts?
They are not banning people with fake accounts.  They are just banning the consoles that have been modded.  The same person can take their gamertag to a new machine and recover their gamertag to the new 360.  Just the modded 360 consoles are banned.banning peeps with fake accounts?

IF you make one recently... like now... it will get you banned.

I think just the modded 360's get banned.
