Go to the main menu of crackdown, select downloads and if halo 3 beta is there then u have a specially marked copy if u do not have the option there then you dont.
if it has it, there would have been a sticker on it and a piece of paper inside next to the game manual saying so
It says right on the front ''Includes invite to Halo 3 beta''
