Well now that alot of us....

Have played the Halo 3 Beta, what are your expectations for the real game? Ill pose some questions that you can all chooses to answer or not.....1. Since Halo 3 is coming in September, do you think that the Beta is actually finished product?2. Is Halo 3 gonna blow our minds or is it just more of the same with prettier graphics? Is that a bad thing?3. With games like Gears of War and the upcoming UT 3, will the Halo franchise suffer for the first time from stiff competition?4. Are you now more excited or more down on Halo 3 after playing the beta?Well now that alot of us....
well i am really excited about this game an I can't wait to get my hands on it. It wont suffer from hard competition because halo is always going to be the best FPSWell now that alot of us....
After playing the beta for a few days, I can say that it plays similarly to the past 2 games in the series. 1. Is the beta the finished product? Well, its safe to assume that Bungie won't be making any drastic changes in gameplay between now and the release date. The beta is much like what you'll get in the final product.  2. Well the updated graphics are a welcome improvement. The particle effects look alot prettier specifically. Although on Snowbound, the snow looks very bland. Since it is the multiplayer beta and usually graphics are downgraded for multiplayer, the singleplayer game will probably look nicer. With Halo 3, so far it's been pretty good, and the guys at Bungie have said that they felt that Halo 2 was too rushed etc so im guessing they're gonna be making sure to get Halo 3 right. 3. No doubt there will be competition from UT3 and from Gears. I don't think that all of a sudden once Halo 3 comes out, everyone who plays Gears will stop playing it and go out and buy Halo. So they'll be the people who stay with Gears and those who go out and buy Halo and switch between the different games essentially.

Well most of us will buy halo 3 and ut 3 we already have gears but il drift from game to game

have more good games to play is a good thing not a bad thing

well its not gonna suffer because there is already an established fanbase for years...gears is a new game series n doesnt have the fanbase halo does but will eventually...UT 3 IMO has a chance 2 be better then halo but no matter wha it will be overshined by halo as i see it...on ur first question i cnt really tell it it is close 2 the final product or not it plays well but theres also flaws that needs 2 be fixed...as far as blowin minds maybe or maybe not...its obvious tha its the same as halo 2 bein gameplay which is wha ppl like bout it but its also too easy 2 be good in the game but thas also wha ppl like bout the game...i dnt kno if its gonna be Mind Blowing 2 me but its def a game that i want...only thing i have a problem with is that there not mention anything bout the single player...multiplayer is cool n everything but i play single player also 2 beat the game n i think that there focusing on multiplayer so much they might not come thru for the single player but we dnt kno yet we gotta wait till the game comes out
well, when i was playign the multiplayer...and getting shot, i thought...'this is pretty damn fun.'
i never played halo 2 online, but did play and finish the game. so it's all new to me in a sense, which is kinda good.
I haven't played the beta, just watched video's and read testimonies. I like the way Bungie evolved the online multi-player mechanics with things like the bubble shield, trip mine, etc. Halo's mp level design has always been a place that Bungie shines, and I'm excited to see all the different maps. The lighting in Halo games have always been pretty attractive too, hopefully some nightime maps will make it to the multi-player.
The game is just MORE HALO with a ending to the story, People (millions and millions worldwide) including myself will be buying the game for the ending story and MORE HALO. HALO WILL RULE 2007
actually halo has a ton of competition...if it flops then this would sad :(
