help with Blastacular Mappack!!!

When i press purchase it says ''Purchase failed. The transaction will not be charged. Try again later.'' I have no idea what to do, and constantly it tells me my content that i have downloaded is corrupted. i already have deleted the maps and downloaded them over again so anyone had this happen to them?
