my 360 is near its death *(need help)*

my old 360 broke so i sent it to ms and they gave me a refurbished one back, i haven't had it for a month and its starting to run really loud and it has problems reading disc's just like my last one.... so im going to call 1-800-4my-xbox tomorrow but i was wondering if theres anyway i can get a elite version instead of the white one? here in canada the elite is $50 more then the original, is there anyway i can pay the extra $50 and get an elite version?thanks in advancemy 360 is near its death *(need help)*

I heard that GameStop was running some kind of special where u can trade your 360 in and get ike 350 in store credit.
actually gamestop will give you $250 for your xbox 360. Plus they will take your hard drive as well, so you will lose everything.
