It seems that most people have slow xbox live downloads. Check your internet connection, because downloads on live aren't very slow with most things.As for call of duty 3, it has problems, so it could be that. But, just to check if it's you, do a network test (go to the settngs blade, network, then network test) and at the bottom it should say open, if it's at moderate or strict, you'll have problems.
