I was looking up reviews on the 360%26#39;s HD-DVD drive when I stumbled across an IGN interview with a Microsoft spokesperson that suggests that the Core and Premium 360s (this article was written pre-Elite) could support digital connections if MS chose to do so. Ok, what I think of the article: MS had the possibility to create a cheap HDMI adapter for the premium and core consoles, i mean 15-20 dollars top. Instead, they decided to create a new black console with a new hardrive and a HDMI integrated to exploit the market, like they always do.
