The May update will be available for download - the way you are asking. This is how I've updated my systems usually in the past. It usually takes a couple weeks to be available for download this way as opposed to being connected to Live.A word of caution - there seems to be allot of issues caused by this latest update - so you may want to wait a bit for MS to get those ironed out anyway.:)
